Frequently asked questions

How do I identify a plant?

Tap the scan button in the center of the toolbar, point your camera at the plant (or pick a photo from your library), and Chloris will recognize the species and add a collectible card to your garden.

Do I need an account to use Chloris?

No. You can use Chloris as a guest right after onboarding. Creating an account (with Apple, Google, or email) lets you sync your garden across devices and join social features, but it's optional.

How do reminders work?

Chloris suggests watering, fertilizing, and pruning reminders based on each plant. You can customize or turn them off any time from the Reminders screen. Notifications must be allowed in your device settings.

How does the AI Plant Doctor work?

Open the Plant Doctor, describe the symptoms or take a photo of the affected plant, and you'll receive a likely diagnosis with a step-by-step treatment plan. It's guidance, not a substitute for professional horticultural advice.

How do I restore my purchases?

If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, open the Chloris Pro / shop screen and tap “Restore Purchases.” Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you bought with.

How do I report or block someone in the greenhouse chat?

Press and hold any message from another member to report it or block that user. Blocked users' messages are hidden from you immediately. We have zero tolerance for abusive or objectionable content.

How do I delete my account and data?

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data from our servers. You can also email diova@diova.app to request deletion.

Which languages does Chloris support?

English, Türkçe, and 日本語. You can switch languages from the settings at any time.
